We’ll begin by exploring the energy of the season and the moon, along with the meaning and purpose of an altar and how it can be used to create a sacred, intentional space in your own home. Next your sound bath to restore balance.
Immersive Sound Healing
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything that will help you feel cozy and supported.
Please arrive 10min or so before class to settle in.

🍁 I am an autumn 🍁

And I cannot wait for autumn 🍂 I spent today in Essex getting the shop ready for Mabon season. I love this time of year, Mabon is all about the harvest and gratitude.
If you are an autumn too, make sure you stop by the shop - we still have some Mabon supplies left - and we just received a tarot card delivery - which should be on the sales floor this weekend.
