Starting Monday we will be taking applications for full and part time positions for our Christmas season. These positions will start at the end of October till the beginning of December. You can apply at the greenhouse 285 w Center Rd Essexville 48732 from 8-5. Ask for Michelle.

How many of our customers would be interested in mushroom kits? The only thing you have to do is spray them with water and you have fresh mushrooms available.

Hey, folks, we're just up here today, picking cucumbers Monday afternoon. We have the sweet corn picked as well as the watermelon and cantaloupe come on out to the stand we're open 7 to 7 , 7 days a week

Hey folks, Mike here, I just want to let everybody know we have all sorts of goodies out on the stand be sure to check the. Refrigerators for our cucumbers, peppers, summer. Squash and zucchini, we're open 7 to 7.

Well it’s that time of year again! I start ordering plants for next year!

Is there anything you are looking for next year to add to your garden or any flowers you are interested in?

I am already planning on adding okra and gherkin cakes to our vegetable list.

In case you didn’t know, Abele’s is owned by our family. I think our grandparents Betty and Irv VanOoteghem who established all of this would be proud!
