The vast majority of our customers are amazing and we are so thankful for your patronage and kind words. Unfortunately, we occasionally have customers that feel the need to criticize our volunteers and complain about our little store. I just wanted to remind everyone that we are a non-profit bookstore. We are run solely by volunteers that are the best of the best! We are open every single day. It may not be at a time convenient for you, but we can't do much about that. We open when our volunteers can be there. Hopefully being open 7 days a week, one of those days you can make it in. I'm saying this because I manage the store and I hate to hear about one of my volunteers feeling berated or criticized by a customer. That isn't cool. We all love our community and love being able to offer low cost books to everyone, a free book to kids and students. If you're having a bad day, please don't take it out on the people around you. We are all just doing the very best we can.
