So so important! Take a read!!

September 1st is the beginning of Life Insurance Awareness Month. It is a month of education and understanding of what life insurance will do for you, your family, and those around you.

Each weekday I will be putting in daily talk points of life insurance, so stay tuned. Make sure to pay attention, my friends- there just might be a quiz at the end of the month!

We were not expecting the amount of love for the Blackberry Verde cookies we received this weekend! They sold out quickly which in turn prompted a buy of blackberries from Willamette Valley Berries to fulfill this unexpected need!

Purchased enough peaches today at the Estacada Farmers Market to make 28 cups of peach sauce!

Blanched and peeled them, saved all the seeds to see how I might be able to make some tree starts, and after using my immersion blender, we have a great consistency.

Added brown sugar, vanilla bean paste, and lemon juice to give it more of a fall flavor. Next week be ready for some peach cobbler cookies!
