We carry brands such as The North Face, Mountain Hardwear, Marmot, Merrell, Prana, Teva, Thermarest, MSR, and many more. We also have a huge inventory of brand name closeouts as well as tons of other heavily discounted clothing and gear. Our guide service includes guided fly-fishing trips, rock climbing trips, hiking trips, and snowshoe trips. We have a full rental shop with fly fishing gear, climbing gear, bikes, camping and backpacking gear, snowshoes, ice axes, etc!!!

If you missed our last event, you're in luck because we have another one happening here at the Estes Park Mountain Shop tomorrow, August 3 starting at 4 pm. Clothing swap, live music, and some catered food from Jubilations. Make room for some new threads and bring over any clothes you'd like to donate. Ride your bike or carpool if you can, our parking lot was PACKED last time. This is a great community event that you don't want to miss! All proceeds go to the Estes Park Education Foundation.

Hey there! Did you know The Estes Park Mountain Shop has a killer rental section? Seriously, we’ve got a little bit of everything to sort you out. Planning a backpacking trip? We’re stocked with bear cans, backpacks, tents, sleeping bags and pads, stoves, trekking poles, and chairs. If climbing, bouldering, or tackling Longs Peak is on your agenda, we’ve got climbing shoes, ice axes, crash pads, mountaineering boots, and helmets ready for you. Bringing the kiddos along? No worries, we have strollers and child backpacks to make it easier. Just looking to kick back? Rent one of our coolers or hammocks, or grab a cot for your campsite or riverside hangout. Is fishing more your vibe? We’ve got spin rod fishing poles available too. And hey, if you’re into biking, check out our awesome lineup – e-bikes, gravel bikes, hard-tail mountain bikes, road bikes, kids’ bikes, tandems, and full-suspension mountain bikes. We're seeking an outgoing individual to join our staff. Must be friendly and customer service oriented. Shifts consist of 10-hour days between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Some retail experience preferred. This is an hourly position starting at $20/hour, with the option for either full-time or part-time employment. We recently received a new shipment of NOCS in! Lots of fun colors and different styles are available. We have various binoculars, monoculars, and scopes in stock. Did you know Estes Park has a mountain bike park in town? Just a short drive to the other side of the lake you'll find Stanley Park, which has so much to offer and is a great place for the whole family! There's a playground, zipline, ball fields, a storybook trail, pickleball and tennis courts, a skatepark, and a basketball court. We offer mountain bike rentals here at the shop, and it's a quick ride over on the Lake Estes Trail to the bike park. We also rent razor scooters and skateboards that you can take to the skatepark. Want to dive into some ball-sports? We carry tennis racquets, pickleball gear, soccer and basketballs, all for purchase.
