Sorry folks I have not been a part of this in over a year. T is my understanding that Heidi abandoned the thrift store and all of its contents.Which is so sad after working so hard to establish and set it up for profit. .

Heidi asked me to Post that the SPEAK UP CLUB will be hosting a FREE .weekly RECOVERY SKILLS GROUP! This is for anyone recovering from Alcohol or Substance Abuse Issues,Depression,Anxiety,PTSD,Grief, and anything else of need.
SPEAK RECOVERY will begin on Next Friday May 26th from 5pm to 6 pm @ our Etowah Store.

We now have a wonderful addition to our non profit! Her name is Brittany. She will be opening the store at 10 am mon - Friday . Except on mon and my day off she will close at 1 pm. On Sat we will be open 1-4 Let's all welcome Brittany !

We have had request on what we do.

We are a non profit Thrift Store in which proceeds go directly back into the community to Assist the Homeless and to those in need. Our Goal is to help those in need to find the right resources in order to help themselves .

So If you need help on how to fill out paperwork,apply for help,get a ID,or where to go and how to do something. We will be happy to show you how!

Please contact if you or someone has lost everything due to fire or natural disaster. We will be happy to assist with clothing
And what household items we may have.

We do accept Donations when the store is open only we are not set up for after hours drop off. We accept resealable clothing and household items.we also accept other forms of Donations
( cars,money,etc)

We only have one request that the items be clean,resealable,and in good condition.. Even those in desperate need like to look nice too! That is why we named the store New To You! Bringing self worth,self esteem and a extended hand when you need one.

We also have a Bullying program for local schools. So if you or someone you know is a victim of bullying in your schools. Don't Remain Silent ! We are here to help you!

I hope this explains what our thrift store does . Don't just peep inside the windows! Come in and visit with us you will be happy you did!

WE ARE PLEASE TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE SPEAK UP CLUB HAS GONE THROUGH SOME NEW CHANGES!

Since The New To You Thrift Store is a part of The Speak Up Club. We are pleased to Announce that the Speak Up Club Has undergone some wonderful changes!

Due to these changes The Speak Up Club will be more detail focused and is approved by the State of Tennessee as a Non Profit!

The Speak Up Club will be offering Free Case management for those with substance Abuse, Alcohol and drug addiction. Also for family members affected by Addiction.

We will also begin having lunch once a week and spend a little time with Jesus blessings And words . Come be a part of this!

The Speak Ip Club will also have our counselor in house a couple times a week for The Speak Up Recovery Group sessions and counseling for Addictions of alcohol and substance AbuseWe also encourage family members or love ones to be part of their own recovery . Addiction effects everyone not just the addict.

Since the New To You Thrift Store is part of the Speak Up Club .
We The New To You Thrift Store will continue the Bullying Program and assist those in need to find the right resources to assist them In their time of need.

So if you know of someone be a family member ,friend or love one that has an addiction. That is in need of help!
