Guys yall ain't gonna believe what came in today... where's my Hess truck collectors at? Mayfield Trucks? Hotwheels? OK how about Earnhardt and NASCAR collectors? We got it baby come and see. We even have a rare 90th anniversary Hess ocean liner...look that up online...

This is at 157 county rd 812... there are 2 dogs here. This little one in pictures has been here 2 weeks now. This woman stays stoned and works 12 hour shifts. She leaves the dogs in cages the entire time she works and then when she cones home. She doesnt pay any attention to them when she feeds them she wears a mask and gloves like she's afraid to touch them. This one hasn't had any shots. Not sure about the black one. I've tried to help her and she won't let me. Today I was home all day for a change so I got to see this poor dog tied to a stake in the beating sun for hours. Panting and digging in the dirt trying to find a cool spot. She gave it water and the water was hot because it was also in the sun. A witness also tried to help the dog today and owner dismissedbher help as well.It was brought to the attention of etowah city as they happened to be in the neighborhood and I was told they would notify the county. But nothing has been done and it is now 830 and dog still in same spot weak with no food and water. The waft of pot billowing from the driveway. I can't stand to see this anymore so if PD won't do anything then I say we make her Facebook famous. P.s. there is another dog in black cage but at least hes halfway in shade. Somebody do something please.
