CARRIE’S ESTATE SALES

This 2043 sqft home is full. I have the main level, basement, and garage/shop. In this estate sale you will find vintage, antiques, and collectables everywhere. For furniture I have a red matching living room set, a variety of desks, dressers, coffee tables, dining table, china hutch, 3 full beds, 1 twin, loveseat, cedar chest, trunks, chairs, cabinets, and pool table. On the main level you will find Vintage women’s clothing, full kitchen, office, books, stamps, electronics, records, lamps, prints, brass, Sports Illustrated magazine collection, linens, glass ware, crystal, Wedge Wood, musical instruments, copper, old doctor supplies, rugs, mirrors, pottery, hexagonal slag glass pendant lamp with wall bracket, vintage kitchen stove, and fridge. The basement has Vintage toys like Fisher Price, Tonka, Die-cast vehicles, stuffies, dolls, Transformers, baseball cards, games, and more. You will also find more vintage clothing and homemade costumes, baby/toddler clothes, Christmas, workout equipment, kid books, tins, frames, some tools, washer and dryer, sewing, drawing, older freezer, kitchen, and misc. The garage has some hand and power tools, hardware, 2 electric mowers, lawn and garden, old windows, vintage Coleman, and flowerpots.

The lighting is not great so you might want to bring a flashlight. The sign-up sheet will go out at 9 am. I accept cash or cards. The house is on an electronic alarm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Also more basement and garage photos in the comments.

Its almost been a month since I have had a sale. I HOPE EVERYONE IS READY. I will be having a sale this weekend. Collage Hill in Eugene on Olive St. Its a true south Eugene sale. I have a ton of vintage items. I will post emails late tonight after bingo. And I'll also post everything here tomorrow by 5 pm. Life has been busy and relaxing but I'm ready for this fun sale. The house is full of delightful treasures. Lots of Shabby Chic plus she was an antique dealer and collector. The 3-bedroom house is full of white and pinks. You will find vintage collectables in every room. I have a vintage hall tree, secretary desks, dressers, cabinets, rustic shabby chic shelving unit with a beautiful door, Camels-Cavaliers display, and a credenza. For furniture I also have a white couch, end tables, 2 full beds, dining set, bookshelves, and chairs. You will find cast iron, brass, Fenton, teacups & saucers, fine bone china, floral decor, depression glass, crystal, decor bird cages, lamps, Wedgewood, mirrors, Royal Doulton, Bunnykins, lassie, frames, plates, books, full pink kitchen, chandelier lamp crystal prisms, advertising, display products, trunks, suitcases, clocks, tins, full holiday room, Snowbabies/Snowbunnies, baskets, women’s clothing, linens, some office, cute decor, and paintings and prints. 2 decks with more decor, overflow from the house, antique chandeliers, furniture, some crafts, plant stands, and gardening. The shop also has sanders, some hand tools, ac unit, old windows, painting supplies, knee scooter, wheelchair, washer/dryer, and misc.

The home has 3 bedrooms, garage, back yard, and small shop. I will have furniture for sale. Lots of dressers, Full Sleep Number Bed M7 with a flex-fit foundation, queen bed and frame, bedroom sets, shelving units, large Cascade vault safe, buffet, china hutch, couch, side chairs, bar stools, love seat, dining table set, recliner, kitchen carts, and corner hutch. Vintage, some MCM, kitchen, men’s & women’s clothing, sewing, white kitchen pantry cabinets, glass ware, holiday, bar ware, mirrors, office, electronics, ammo, linens, frames, records, southwestern decor, Cutco, rugs, and porcelain dolls. The back deck/yard has patio furniture, lawn and garden decor and tools, BBQ, Rubbermaid storage cabinets, round picnic table, ladders, and totes. The Tuff Shed shop has hand and power tools, gardening supplies, hardware, shelving units, some fishing, and misc. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP GOING INTO THE SHED WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN. WE HAVE COVERED UP A SOFT SPOT THE BEST WE CAN. The garage has overflow from the kitchen, some tools, furniture, 2 mini fridges, plus the kitchen fridge is for sale, Pl***oy collection from the 60s and 70s, upright freezer, and more shelving.

The garage and outside has hand and power tools, Mac tools, newer Troy Bilt lawn mower, lawn and garden supplies, ladders, holiday, fridge, chest freezer, exercise stuff, BBQ, and yard decor.

Now to the good stuff. This weekend's sale! This 3-bedroom home has a variety of treasures. For furniture I have 2 recliners. 1 of them is a La-Z-Boy, coffee tables, end tables, full size adjustable bed and frame, dressers, antique pieces, shelves, MCM wooden desk, cabinet, china hutch, dining table, and a piano. I have lots of different pottery pieces, vintage, comic books, glass ware, Precious Moments, bells, books, decor, medical equipment, Saunders Lumbar home traction device, homemade items, women’s clothing plus accessories, craft, sewing, yarn, linens, Very nice quilts, some kid toys and books, some office, electronics, kitchen, china, blue glass, house plants, potted flowers, lawn and garden, holiday, and dog supplies.
The sign-up sheet will go out at 9 am on Friday morning only. It will end at 10 am when I open. The home is secured. I accept cash or cards. Please be respectful of the neighbor’s driveways and mailboxes.
