Please note that I have started my summer hours and I will be closing at 3 o’clock now. I also should have new street signs by Friday. I will post a picture of them on my page when I pick them up.

Now to the good stuff. This weekend's sale! This 3-bedroom home has a variety of treasures. For furniture I have 2 recliners. 1 of them is a La-Z-Boy, coffee tables, end tables, full size adjustable bed and frame, dressers, antique pieces, shelves, MCM wooden desk, cabinet, china hutch, dining table, and a piano. I have lots of different pottery pieces, vintage, comic books, glass ware, Precious Moments, bells, books, decor, medical equipment, Saunders Lumbar home traction device, homemade items, women’s clothing plus accessories, craft, sewing, yarn, linens, Very nice quilts, some kid toys and books, some office, electronics, kitchen, china, blue glass, house plants, potted flowers, lawn and garden, holiday, and dog supplies.
The sign-up sheet will go out at 9 am on Friday morning only. It will end at 10 am when I open. The home is secured. I accept cash or cards. Please be respectful of the neighbor’s driveways and mailboxes.

This sale offers 2 dining tables, 2 couches, white twin bunk bed, queen size bed and sleigh frame, cubed shelves, sewing cabinet, sofa tables, end tables, shelving, leather loveseat and ottoman. I have a kid’s room with lots of games, puzzles, some toys, and boy clothing + accs. Collection of Hummels, Lladro figurines, house plants, rugs, some crystal, women’s clothing, sewing, needle point, crafts, decor, mirrors, full kitchen, office, books, DVDs, CDs, and linens. I have 4 patio chairs, large gas fire pit, Char-Broil patio bistro BBQ, and a washer and dryer. The garage has some tools, Craftsman battery lawnmower and w**d wacker, Christmas, dog supplies, gardening, flower plots, Trek Bike, ladders, sporting, plastic storage draws, and totes.

Good morning. I wanted to get on here and tell my customer that showed up yesterday to my estate sale thank you! Thank you for being so patient yesterday. It was really busy for a few hours and everyone was kind and just overall great customers. I didnt get to hug some of you.. and im sorry about that. I really do love and appreciate you all. The kind words I heard yesterday makes it all worth it. We sold 26 totes of material!! (I still have lots left) holy moly you ladys and some gentleman really showed up for that stuff. So thank you for being you!

The family lived in this home since the 70’s. That's a lot of time to collect and enjoy one's life. The house is packed full of treasures waiting for you, that also spill out into the yard and a makeshift material area. For furniture I have a dining table, La-Z-Boy recliners, sleeper sofa, dressers, cabinets, and desks. She used to work for Joanns so the crafting items are abundant. I have 60+ totes FULL of material. Most of it is for quilting. I also have knitting, crouching, painting, sewing, quilting, needlepoint, embroidery, and more. You will find collectables, vintage, copper, brass, massive frog collection, avon, glassware, old toys, boy scout memorabilia, ephemera, old postcards, books, crafting books, DVDs, baskets,holiday, quilt toppers, 2 older sergers, Baby Lock & Bernina sewing machines, patterns, full kitchen, office, Seth Thomas Grandfather clock, pottery, linens, railroad, frames, massive amount of women’s clothing some new with tags + accessories, decor, hand and power tools, washer & dryer, small mini fridge, sporting, and nuts and bolts. The outside has lawn and garden galore pots, frogs, plant stands, flags, decor, plastic storage totes, ladders, and used metal roofing. So much more. We have been hard at work getting this one together for the family and you.

I accept cash and cards, please don’t block the neighbors driveways, I also have a pool in the backyard so please watch your children and don't go beyond the caution tape. No one is allowed on the property till I open. The home will have onsite security.

This 2-story home will be on the market soon. It has nice modern furniture and a few antique pieces. I have a La-Z-Boy lift chair and 3 other La-Z-Boy recliners, 2 couches (grey one is La-Z-Boy), 2 dining tables, 2 Full beds, dressers, end tables, and desks. She liked listening to music, so we have a lot of CDs, sheet music, Yamaha Clavinova digital piano, Klipsch home theater system, and a Denon receiver. The sale has books in almost every room containing poetry, traveling, reading, and history + more. Pottery, ephraim pottery, signed art prints and pictures, Tiffany style lamps, full kitchen, office, Cross stitching, Large collection of DMC floss and patterns, Christmas, linens, women’s clothing (great sweaters from L.L. Bean, Lands End) and accessories, glass ware, electronics, 55-inch Samsung OLED 4k smart tv 2023, cameras, Maytag Bravos commercial technology washer and dryer set, rugs, and DVDs. The garage has cleaning supplies, overflow from the kitchen, decor, Christmas, some hand tools, patio set, lawn and garden, luggage, and totes.

We have collectables, vintage, antiques, Disney, 110 brass belt buckles, miniatures, Steiff's, old post cards, Norman Rockwell, Elvis, perfume bottles, hats, Raggedy Ann, Smurfs, and Hallmark. The office has lots of oak shelving units, a nice desk, books [reading, dolls, crafts], DVDs, CDs, electronics, scrapbooking, frames, prints, and office supplies. The master has a queen bedroom set, women’s clothing + accessories, men’s and women’s hats, artwork, and a pair of alabaster lamps. The upstairs and spare bedroom has dolls and crafts. She liked to make doll clothes so i have a lot of premade patterns, material, sewing, crocheting, beads, jewelry making supplies, scrapbooking, more oak shelves, rocking chair, secretary desk, 2 glass curio cabinets, sewing cabinet, doll furniture and accessories, I have a 1972 Kenner Blythe doll, pair of Golliwogs by R. John Write, old dolls, doll clothing and accessories, stamps, and old toys. I have some gorgeous living room furniture, 4 pc. Shelf, Antique couch, glass top end tables, stools, and mahogany coffee table. Full kitchen, Christmas, Halloween, Military, porcelain, crystal, The Laughing Place- Bob Byerley picture, double door fridge [white/kitchen], decor, lamps, rugs, and tea-cups. The garage has some hand and power tools, holiday, boxed Hallmark, misc., lawn and garden, large cement fountain & lady statue, patio furniture, totes, work bench, and a treadmill.

I'm sure I'm missing something. It's a must-see sale.

The house is going to burst at the seams; it is so full. The number of new items is unreal. Christmas in March? Clearance sales at Carrie’s Estate Sales? Why have 1 when you can have 5. I don't know why, but I do know that it's going to make an incredible sale. Plus, a shop, woodshed, garage that was converted into another room.

This 3-bedroom house that will be going on the market has furniture. I have a Queen bedroom set, twin bed, desk, dining table, dressers, La-Z-Boy sofa, and La-Z-Boy recliners. I have collectables, vintage, brass, copper, cast iron + Griswold, crystal, linens, salt and pepper shakers, electronics, pottery, jewelry boxes, sewing, material, books, kids stuff, dolls, Full kitchen, canning, records, lamps, CDs, kid DVDs/VHS, Belleek, Christmas, Halloween, some men’s but its mostly women’s +size clothing 1x-3x, and beauty supplies.
New stuff is all over, I have a good amount of leather quality purses with a couple of Dooney and Bourke, Aimee Kestenberg, Vince Camuto, Gill, Vera Bradley, + more. New with tags and some without clothing. New shoes that range in size from 8 ½-9 ½ that consist of Birkenstocks, Clarks, and Sketchers just to name a few. Kitchen galore that’s all new, some of it I had to take out of the box just to make room but most of it is in the bonus room that consists of pots and pans, baking dishes, cups, tupperware, dishes, Temptations, small appliances, and useful items.
I also have a front-loading washer and dryer, fridge, huge chest freezer clean and ready to go, plus an upright freezer, patio furniture, exercise equipment, storage containers, lawn and garden, and Weber grill. The shop has weird flooring so please watch your step along with the woodshed. Dewalt power drills, hand/power tools, big Troy-Bilt rototiller, Honda mower and w**d whacker, gas cans, Husqvarna chain saw, nuts and bolts, ladders, small air compressor, nail guns, drill press, painting, car care, gas edger, smaller rototiller, firewood, and so much more!

The sign-up sheet will go out at 9 am on Friday. This is for my opening rush only. Home is secured. No public restroom! I accept cash or cards. And please bring people to help load heavy items.

Happy Thursday!!!
I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who bought cookie dough from Cash or donated to his school fundraiser.
He sold 31 tubs of cookie dough for a total of $558. And $138. In cash donations. You guys are amazing. I really appreciate all the support to my family. THANK YOU!! It will be picked up on Tuesday April 14th. My sale after that date is April 24th. I will call on the 14th though and we can figure out drop-off or pickup.
PS no sale this weekend. I finally have a day off after 26 days of straight work. Good night.
