I was in such a hurry because bulk fermentation ended earlier than expected, so this batch of 6 loaves was shaped and placed to proof last night. They turned out surprisingly better than I expected, and they’re now on their way to my momma 🤍 She took 3 loaves and insisted on paying me.

I’ve been making loaves nonstop since I got my starter — baking, gifting, and asking for honest opinions along the way. I’m learning with every bake and truly hope to serve you well. Any feedback is always welcome; I’m so grateful for your support and encouragement.

Come visit us at the stand this Saturday 🤍 We’ve been working so hard behind the scenes at night after the babies are tucked into bed, and I can’t wait to share these loaves with you along with many other goodies!

I’ve been testing and testing so I hope the grand opening of our stand would be a great day for you to also feel free to write down any feedback. Be welcome to come over and just do that. This is a community stand- the hope is that what we have here is to serve you and that you enjoy 🤍

With that said- I won’t be so much around during the opening. It’ll be 100% self serve, I have three under three and they tend to keep me busy. You might see them if you turn to see our window they tend to like to play with books there 😅

Anything fresh baked left over will be available Sunday as well!!!
