What a night. The food was gorgeous, the wine was perfectly paired, and the Thirst Club members who showed up brought the exact energy that keeps us doing this. Can’t wait for the next one, preferably on a cooler evening.

Happy birthday to Joseph, the cuter half of 🤣🤣🤣

He’s the guy with the wine knowledge, the information and the connections. He likes wines that are hard to pronounce, but lovely to drink. He ends his hard working Thirst Club pop ups with a glass of champagne and a shot of Fernet. I’m proud to be his business partner, wine sharer and wife.

Had an amazing night at for our third pop up dinner with the amazing Chef Amanda ! Everyone had a great time, met some new and old friends, ate delicious food and enjoyed tasty wines. We love being able to close out the year with a great group of food loving people! 2025 was a fun year for Thirst Club and we hope 2026 will bring new tasty events your way!

Thank you to the amazing staff at Rye for always being so good at what they do. We are so appreciate of our restaurant and chef partners that make this a reality!
