Congratulations to Sarah and her lovely family on their Yamaha P2!

This 1966 made-in-Japan studio upright has been amazingly well-kept and features the P2's alternative 'continental' cabinet style, eschewing the traditional front legs commonly found on uprights and embracing the light wood, curved edges, and minimalism seen in the enduringly popular midcentury modern furniture pieces born of the two preceding decades. As always, we are delighted to see an instrument like this one take on a new life where it is sure to provide years of lasting memories and a platform for learning and musical growth.
