What a perfect rainy day to throw a roast in the crockpot!

We love being able to put meat in the crockpot, smell the deliciousness all day and then eat a hearty meal that took minimal effort! 🤗

Trying a new recipe today! 👇

Place 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of chicken soup in the bottom of a crock pot.

Place a 3-5 lb roast on top of soups.

Pour a 1/2 cup of A-1 sauce over roast and sprinkle with a half package of dry onion soup mix.

Top with another can of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

It has a positive ratio of monounsaturated fats to saturated fatty acids which means that it has more of the good fat than the bad fat. This can lead to lower cholesterol, prevention of coronary heart disease and weight loss.

Wagyu Beef is also a natural source of oleic acid. This is the same compound found in olive oil that is good for the heart.
