Invoicing/Payment
Invoicing and live show schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday at 8:30pm CST. Invoices are sent out Monday morning and are due by Midnight on Tuesday or your claimed items will be released back to the website to be purchased by other shoppers. Invoices are sent out via email through www.duchessblingonline.com and are due wit
hin 48 hours. Any invoices not paid for within that 48hours are considered to be dumped carts and will count for the 2 cart dump rule. Cart Dumps are carts that are not paid for within the 48hour invoice window and carts that customers decide after the show is over that they don’t want to purchase those items. Customers are only allowed 2 cart dumps before they are moved and blocked from live shows. Sorry but it isn’t fair to other customers who might want the items that were claimed if the current customer would not have claimed them. Shipping
Shipping rate of $6 is applied to orders of $50 or under and $8.75 for orders up to $150. Packages will be shipped within 7 business days of order being paid for; with the exception of new releases which with COVID shipping delays may take longer. Exceptions to this will be if paid on a weekend or holiday in that occurrence package will be shipped on the following business day. Customers will receive tracking for all orders, shipping is available in the United States ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: We have ZERO control over the speed of the US Postal Service. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s beyond our control. Refund Policy
Returns are accepted on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. There are times when small pieces of jewelry may be loose(i.e. jump rings) and only need a minor adjustment. These are NOT manufacturer defects and are INELIGIBLE for return. In those cases, please email photos to [email protected] and we will communicate and find a solution. If a manufacturer defect is determined, the item will need to be returned within 5 days of delivery and will be replaced with the same item if still available, or a store credit will be issued. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
