ICAST is the part everyone sees. This is the part most people don't.

Before the doors open and after the crowds are gone, there are long hours, last minute problems, nerves, and a whole lot of hard work. In this first episode of our new series "UNHOOKED", Jason Manwarren and Joe Pawlak sit down to talk about what ICAST 2026 was really like from the Q8 side. From building the booth against the clock to standing over a 32-foot casting tank with hundreds of people watching, they share the moments you never see in the highlight reels.

The truth is, we're a small family-owned company, and every show reminds us that nothing worth doing comes easy. We're proud of the team, grateful for everyone who stopped by, and excited to bring you along behind the scenes.

Q8 King Of The Dinks At Lake George

Are the dog days of summer slowing your fishing down? You must not have Q8 Super Bait’s Bleeding Bait Technology in your tackle box!

FEELS ALIVE, TASTES ALIVE, SMELLS ALIVE

We went out intending to fish a lake we knew and were diverted Lake George, FL instead. No clue about the lake—never fished it. But we caught fish after starting the trip mid-morning into the heat of the day way later than we intended.

Baits used:

- Q8 Purple Pig Worm; texas rigged with 1/8 oz. tungsten weight

- Q8's NEW Devil Fork creature bait as seen wrecking the tank at ICAST; GSM ned head

- Q8 Purple Bullet jerkbait; weightless w/ offset 5/0 worm hook

- Q8's NEW Wax-E; super tiny hook for dinks and a float

- A lot of AMERICA! 🇺🇸
