Change can mean a lot of things, but usually that leaves quite a bit of material items left to sit in boxes, in storage units, and in the attic until it becomes overwhelming. Luckily, we have social media where we can sell everything much more easily! Unfortunately, most people don't have the time to take pictures of their items, research comparable prices, decide on a meeting time and place, and

know if who they are dealing with are reputable people. My husband and I have been helping close friends and family sell their items on Facebook across numerous pages for 2-3 years now, and after some urging from our clients, we have decided to take the next step and open up our first online business, Selling with Tiffany! This is a consignment store where you can look through all of the items we are currently selling, contact us regarding purchasing or questions about a product, and send us items to look at and possibly sell for you, all without you having to leave the comfort of your home or office! We will take care of taking pictures of the items, making collages for posting the items on Facebook, researching comparable prices for the item on numerous sites, organizing and sorting clothing, setting up a description of the item, and maintaining the post so it stays active on all pages. We will also take care of arranging a pick-up with the buyer unless the item is being held at the seller's own location. We have made it a point to make sure that everything we do is fair and prompt! In order to ensure this, we do have some guidelines to follow:

1) This is an online consignment store. If you would like to sell your item with us, please contact the administrator (my husband or myself) and we will get back with you promptly to discuss details.

2) When we sell an item, we keep a percentage of the sale based on the category the item is in, which at most will be 35%. The remainder goes to the consignor. (All rates are in the General Information sections).

3) We will keep the item with us for 1 month while we post the item for sale. After 1 month, we will give the consignor the option of reducing the price of the item or donating it to a local organization that fits the item. Of course, the consignor also has the option to take back the item.

4) We have the right to refuse any items we deem unsaleable. Any items that are broken or nonfunctional, missing pieces, have numerous defects, stained, ripped, or otherwise soiled will NOT be accepted. However, it does NOT need to be a name-brand item.

5) We will help sell large furniture items that the seller will keep at their own location. We will still take the pictures and do all of the other work, but the seller would then be responsible for showing the item and meeting with the buyer.

6) If you are interested in an item, type "Want" in the comment section. We will sell the item(s) in the order which the comments were made.

7) This is an Evansville, IN based business. All buyers need to be able to pick up purchases in Evansville or Newburgh, IN if you are not local.

8) We will NOT sell fi****ms, explosives, illegal paraphernalia, living animals, or scrap metal.
