Just finished up these gift boxes of Deluxe Mini Truffles, 8 piece in gold boxes. Made only from Belgium and French chocolates, these bite size truffles are ridiculously yummy! Limited quantities.

This is from one batch of vanilla marshmallows. I'm making 12 batches for a special event (marshmallows for a s'mores bar). This means I have a LOT of fresh vanilla marshmallow pieces currently! Great for hot chocolate naturally but did you know they are great on top of hot coffee too!

Just completed 4 batches of fudge: pb & chocolate, salted caramel, Cookie Monster and Andes Mint. They are amazing when they are this fresh!

Also, don't forget about SJ for your events! I have a private class later this week and a wedding reception in a couple of weeks.
