🎣 Weekly Fishing Report 🐟

River flows are slowing down, Whitefish are in full swing, and the early morning topwater bite is strong across the Valley! 🌊

Quick Highlights:
Flathead Lake: Whitefish are hot at 45 to 65 feet off rocky points. Lake trout holding at 60 to 70 feet. 🎣

Flathead River: Fly fishing is heating up on the forks with hoppers, caddis, and chubbies. 🦟

Pike and Bass: Best topwater action is early morning on Smith, Lower Stillwater, and McGregor before the heat sets in. 🐊

Kokanee and Perch: Troll around 30 feet early on Ashley and Thompson Chain for Kokanee. 🛶

Fresh fishing report is live! 🎣☀️

River flows on the Forks have slowed way down 🚣‍♂️, topwater bass action is picking up on the sloughs 🐟, and the whitefish bite on Flathead Lake is officially ON in that 45–60ft depth range! 🎯

A few highlights from around the Valley this week:
• Flathead Lake 🚤: Jigging JT, KB, and Zimmer Tackle whitefish jigs (perch colors with rattles and red hooks!) is producing well. Trolling cut plugs, white flatfish, or large white spoons for Lake Trout in 60–70ft.
• Flathead River 🎣: Dry fly fishing has picked up on the forks 🦟. Tie on caddis, Parachute Adams, hoppers, or chubbies.
• Echo Lake 🌊: Smallies have shifted to deeper rocks (15–20ft), while Largemouth are holding on w**d edges—hit 'em early before the wake boats stir things up! 🚤💨
• Thompson Chain & McGregor 🐟: Kokanee trolling remains productive; try Luhr Jensen Flash Flies behind a flasher.
