We are a locally owned shopping mall located in Everson, Washington. Support your community and shop locally!

Our tenants include a grocery store, drug store, laundromat, bank, hair salon, fitness center and restaurants. The Everson Shopping Center was built in 1973 by Dawson - Powell (Jack Dawson and Richard "Dick" Powell). In 1975 - 1980, the business partners added onto the shopping center with more additions and upgrades. Many of our current tenants have been located in the shopping center for several years. Over the years, we've acquired new tenants and several upgrades have been completed.

This is heartbreaking 💔 So many homes, lives and businesses are once again affected by the devastating flood waters.
Please stay off the roads until they are clear to travel on. Praying for our community. Thank you to our city, public works, police department and first responders for all you do! 🙏🏼

🧰 Simple Prep Steps for the Incoming Rain

With the Flood Watch now in effect and an atmospheric river on the way, here are some simple steps you can take to get ready. Nothing extreme — just good, practical prep for heavy rain:

🏠 Home Preparation

●Clear gutters and downspouts so water can move away from your home.
●Check storm drains and driveway grates near your property — remove leaves/branches.
●Move valuables/important documents or electronics off the floor in basements, garages, or low areas.
●Make sure sump pumps are working if you have one.
●Secure outdoor items that could block drains or be damaged by soaking rain.

🚗 Vehicle & Travel Prep

●Avoid parking in low spots or near ditches/creeks that rise quickly.
●Keep your gas tank at least half full in case you need to reroute around water.
●Plan alternate routes if your neighborhood usually gets water over the road.
●Slow down on the roads — ponding will be common.

🌧 Flood Awareness

●Know your local “trouble spots.” If an area usually floods, expect it to have standing water again.
●Watch updated river forecasts
●Never drive through standing water. Even shallow water can hide washouts or debris.

🔌 Power & Safety Basics
(This is not a windstorm setup, but it’s always smart to be ready.)

●Keep phones charged.
●Have a flashlight handy.
●Unplug electronics in low areas if water intrusion is possible.
