This is nice. If I had the money I still would not buy it. Too much upkeep

Four-time NBA champion Tony Parker has officially slashed the asking price on his legendary Texas compound to $11 million. Nestled within the secure gates of Anaqua Springs Ranch near San Antonio, the sprawling 53-acre estate is globally renowned for hosting one of the largest private residential water parks in the United States. Parker masterfully engineered the property as a self-contained personal resort, seamlessly blending high-end luxury entertaining with extensive amenities dedicated to fitness and family recreation. In addition to the magnificent primary mansion, the multi-structure compound features a spacious four-bedroom guest retreat and a massive 5,922-square-foot professional gym facility complete with an indoor basketball court, a vintage arcade lounge, and custom locker rooms. The outdoor grounds operate as an elite open-air playground, boasting professional tennis and volleyball courts, a private greenhouse, a mature fruit orchard, and the centerpiece water park equipped with speed slides, hidden grottos, winding lazy rivers, and cascading waterfalls.
