I want people to really know what HELD is.
It’s meant to be simple, but timeless. The kind of book you can return to again and again throughout your life, finding something different in its pages depending on the season you’re in.
This is the book I wish I had years ago.
Not because it contains all the answers, but because it explores the questions so many of us carry, that I carried most of my life.
I wrote HELD for the moments life doesn’t prepare us for… The grief, uncertainty, self doubt, heartbreak, growth, healing, and unexpected beauty that come with being human.
It’s not a memoir. It’s a collection of reflections and life lessons gathered through years of learning, unlearning, losing, loving, and beginning again.
The chapters are intentionally short and easy to return to. You can read a few pages with your morning coffee, revisit a chapter during a difficult season, or open to a random page when you need perspective.
I wanted to create something that felt like a conversation with a trusted friend. Something beautiful and elegant that could sit on your nightstand for years, yet still offer comfort, perspective, and meaning whenever you reached for it.
