We make our own chocolate chips. And we make the chocolate that we use to make the chips. We roast the cacao seeds, de-shell them, run them in stone wheel melanger for several days until they are refined into delicious smooth chocolate. Then we make things with this chocolate: bars YES, but also hot chocolate, mocha, cakes, and the chips in our cookies.

Hey friends! Conlan is running the show today. He’s got our super delicious scratch baked GF tart cherry-corn scones, lots of Lovebirds Donuts and Figtree Kitchen treats, our own scratch baked chocolate chip cookies annnnndddd BIG FAT CHOCOLATE CAKE! Take a guess about which cacao origin Enna will be roasting this week (photo includes a hint). Cappuccino, mocha, latte, and hot chocolate are flowing and the good vibes too. Open 9-2 today

Shortbread cookies at Enna Grazier … chocolate cake too! Drop by Sunday to pick up a box of these inspired beauts. Made from scratch with our own recipe modified from a French cafe, not one of the many Ted lasso recipes circulating, but we think he would swoon!)
