Our shipping policy! And Payment Plans!
We do offer shipping in the US as weather allows, and winter holds are available for no additional fee.
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash App ,Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal friends and family.
We do accept payment plans you can place a gecko on hold with a 50% non refundable deposit.
Payment plan terms and conditions are flexible, generally we offer a 30 day plan but that is negotiable. Just let me know we can discuss the situation
We offer a live arrival guarantee, in the event that your gecko or ball python is deceased upon arrival we will require a photo within 1 hour of arrival at the FedEx hub.
In the event of this, an equally valued animal can be chosen to replace your gecko or ball python the only additional fee will be the cost of shipping. Tail drops are not covered as we have no control over this during shipping.
All payments are non refundable, you may however receive a store credit for any payments except for the deposit amount.
