Each season, our departmental managers nominate one outstanding employee for the Godspeed Award—an honor presented to the team member who most exemplifies our mission.
The Godspeed Award recognizes someone who is a joy to work with, brings new ideas to the table, encourages those around them, and consistently goes above and beyond for both our guests and our team.
At this year’s End of Season Party, five employees were selected to represent Retail, Food & Beverage, Operations, the Office, and Gold Dredge 8.
We’re excited to congratulate Davin Carroll from our Operations Department as this year’s Godspeed Award recipient! 🎉
Davin truly lives out our mission. Great experiences are built by employees who care—not only about the business, but about every guest who walks through our doors and every detail that goes into their day. Davin understands that every role matters and that doing the little things thoughtfully and consistently can make a tremendous difference.
Our season is a marathon, not a sprint, and Davin continues to show up with positivity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done well.
