We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to refresh the Northern Whimsy website and prepare for online ordering. 🤍

This little business has grown and changed in so many meaningful ways, and we’re excited to create an online space that feels just as welcoming, creative, and full of whimsy as the studio was.

There’s still plenty of work happening, but we’re so excited to share that you can now get your art fix and place orders online!

For the first time, our paint kits are available for shipping—and we’re offering free shipping on orders over $100!

Local orders can be picked up 3 business days after ordering at Alaska Goldworks (502 9th Avenue, Fairbanks). We’re especially grateful to be partnering with Alaska Goldworks here in Fairbanks as our local pickup location. Supporting local and keeping things close to home has always been important to us, and we love that this collaboration makes it even easier for you to get your art fix. The folks over at Alaska Goldworks are experts at repairs, restoration, redesigning, and custom designs, so browse their offerings while picking up your online order.

We’re so excited for our upcoming event this Saturday, April 25th!
Join us at the Spring Migration Celebration at Creamer’s Field, where we’ll be featuring our nature-inspired painted crane kits. These special kits are part of a wonderful collaboration with Krink’s Kaleidoscope, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

We have teamed up with Krink's Kaleidoscope and put together a beautiful Crane paint kit in celebration of the Spring Migration Celebration!

Come out this Saturday at Creamers Field and celebrate the coming of spring with us!
