Well here it is. A 4ws set up on the S406MB. The rear vrd links will work as is. You'll need to outboard the uppers and use the extended vp shock ball ends at the chassis end. They are are readily available. Still at 13 1/4" wheel base. That's 3-3/4"s under the tire.

Traxxas 5525 rod ends front and rear on one end only.

Delux 92mm shocks, medium springs, no O ring preload. Full bump.

I do10 cars a month. I'm only one guy, and these chassis are hand built. I have a fixture for the sides and that's it. The rest is fit with the aid of some little fixtures to keep things straight and square.
I only take deposits when the next round is ready for fabrication. The chassis are built 5 at a time.

As mentioned, I have been doing some research on what it would take to offer the S406MB for a Capra flat skid.
It's doable, with a Hardcore link set in a 13",13.3",13.5, 13.8" or 14" wheel base link set. You can order the link set for stock Capra, Meus Capra, or Capra Cheat Code axles.
I'm going to do a mock up with a 13.3" wheel base, 1.9 car with Cheat Code 4WS. When I confirm everything will work, I'll be offering the option Starting in November.

Well, I finally come up with an interior. I don't comp, there's none around here, so this is what I came up with. There are some pics of some abs sheet I used for battery placement and esc. I also did the Traxxas long rod ends on the front and rear. 13 1/4" wheel base it came out to with VRD links.
I used a Optic driver and seat combo, the steering wheel is just in the driver's hands, it's not going anywhere. I cut a 4" wide x 3 1/2" long piece of aluminum and bent it at 3 inches. Stuck it on the back with double sided Gorilla tape.
I also finally did a bta on the front, I have another front with bta coming for 4 way steer.
