Flying in from Ikaria, they will teach a selection of Mediterranean dishes like Yellow Split Pea Spread, Dolmades, and Greek Honey Sesame Bars. One of the Five "Blue Zones" in the world where people live the longest and are the healthiest, the plant-based diet of Ikaria supports vitality, wellness, and longevity.
