One of the first weddings I ever planned was over 20 years ago. Kara is a good friend from college and it was a second marriage for she and Dick. It was a snowy day… in October! (That New England weather 🤷‍♀️) I love this second photo of Kara’s daughter Jacquie dancing with her new stepfather.

This past weekend I had the honor of planning Jacquie’s wedding… a full circle moment! Seeing Jacquie and Dick dance together was really something. That cute 9 year old has turned into a beautiful, smart and wonderful young woman and seeing her dance with her stepdad all these years later was really something. I was so happy to be a part of it all 💕💕💕

This was the beautiful wedding we just had at Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection last weekend. There is something so special about a destination wedding surrounded by your nearest and dearest for the entire weekend. We were so happy to be a part of it all 💕

I’m sad to share the news that my mom passed away on July 30th. At 91, she had a full and wonderful life and was great wife, mother, aunt, sister and friend. She was a big presence: tall and chic with a big smile, a big personality and a big laugh. She and my Dad were married for 65 years and a great example of love and commitment. With 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren she leaves behind a beautiful legacy as well as many friends who miss her warmth and humor.
I love this first photo of her and will remember her with a big smile and a big glass of wine surrounded by family and friends ❤️❤️❤️
