After 54 years in New Bedford, MA, The Surrey Shoppe, a retail jewelry, gift, and home furnishings store closed its doors in 2016! The shop was known for it's outstanding service, honesty, and integrity! In keeping with those values, owner Joel Gonsalves recently launched Surrey Jewelry Services with the goal of satisfying the needs of customers seeking quality and trustworthy services such as watch and jewelry repair/alterations, diamond and gemstone sales and buying, precious metals buying, and social invitation design. Services include watch batteries and watch repairs, jewelry repair and design, precious metals buying, engraving, all occasion custom imprinted invitations (www.surreyshoppe.carlsoncraft.com), as well as holiday and business greeting cards and special order services. We have been servicing the greater New Bedford area for almost 54 years and have been voted the area's #1 gift shopping destination by the Standard Times subscribers! The tradition continues with our current retail location inside the What A Find Consignment Furniture store in Fairhaven!
