The Book Inn We opened in 1979 to sell books at 40% off the original cover price. We also sell Kittrell’s local honey and have over 75 different solar dancers.

We have audio books, cook books, kids/young adult books,some new books and vintage/antique books. Opened in 1979 by Tom & Ann Conley then purchased by Diana Caldwell in July of 1986. The current owner Coleen Avritt started working here in August of 1987 and purchased The Book Inn in June 2014. We still sell 95% of our books at 40% off the cover price and some even more than 40%. We have audio boo

ks at 50% off. We have a large childrens/young adult section. Our others sections are weird plots, fiction, mystery, historical fiction, western, romance, historical romance, paranormal romance, classics, true crime, non-fiction(war, biography ,religion, health). We also have started selling the cutest solar figures. We do not buy books but we do trade 2 for 1 by category and price.
