September 11 began like an ordinary Tuesday.
People poured their morning coffee. Parents kissed their children goodbye. Commuters headed to work. Flights took off. Meetings began. Life moved forward as it always had.
And then, everything changed.
Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives that were lost, the families whose worlds were forever altered, and the first responders and everyday people who showed extraordinary courage in unimaginable circumstances.
We also remember what followed. Neighbors helping neighbors. Strangers reaching for one another. A country grieving together.
Twenty-five years later, may we continue to honor September 11 not only by remembering those we lost, but by choosing kindness, compassion and unity in the lives we are fortunate enough to keep living.
We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
