Job Title: Concierge Sales Associate
Location: 640 unit C RT 285 Fairplay, CO at the Sinclair gas station
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift Opportunities: Open Shifts 8am - 4pm, Closing shift 4pm-8pm
Work as little as 1 shift a week or as many as you like.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Concierge Sales Associate to join our team and help us to continue providing top-notch 5-star concierge service to our valued customers.
Position Overview:
You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding concierge customer service and assisting customers in selecting ci**rs and accessories to suit their preferences. You will also will be hand crafting the best espresso coffee drinks in Park county (some of our customers say… in Colorado!) You will be working in a friendly, relaxed and upscale retail environment where you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our loyal clientele, locals and travelers alike!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent concierge customer service by assisting customers with product recommendations, answering questions, and making product suggestions.
Maintain a working knowledge of our cigar inventory, including cigar types, brands, and flavor profiles and prices.
Hand crafting espresso coffee drinks
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales and handle transactions accurately.
Promote accessories such as humidors, cutters, lighters, and more.
Maintain knowledge of current to***co and smoking regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
A passion for ci**rs, hand crafted coffee and the latte and cigar cultures or a willingness to learn!
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Knowledge of cigar types, brands, and flavor profiles (previous experience in a cigar shop is a plus) or a willingness to learn!
Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Knowledge of local to***co and smoking regulations.
