We have signed copies of “The Pirate Queen” by Ariel Lawhon, author of “The Frozen River!

Also a new Babysitter’s Club Super Edition graphic novel out today!

There are so many books out today I don’t even know where to start!

Some of our local favorites have new books out today including “Kiss Slay Repeat” by Rachel Harrison (who may have moved but we still claim her) and “I Hope This Email Finds You in Hell”, the adult paranormal romance debut of Mackenzie Reed!

We have limited signed copies of “The Knave and the Moon”, Rachel Gillig’s highly anticipated follow-up to “The Knight and the Moth”

The third book in “Impossible Creatures” series for young readers, “The Neverfear” is out today!

And for our youngest readers, a new series from Mo Willems, A Snake and A Bat, “What Will We Find in This Box?”

This is the start of a crazy, exciting fall season!

This year was a huge success and we want to thank all the other Rochester area book stores and especially Jenna at The Unreliable Narrator for putting this event together!

We love a new book in this adorable series and we have free stickers and temporary tattoos while supplies last!

This Saturday is Bookstore Romance Day!

We will be offering 10% your entire purchase with the purchase of any Romance / Romantasy title all day Saturday!

We also have giveaways of stickers, art prints, and other goodies from authors and vendors!

Enter a raffle to win a deluxe hardcover edition of “Done and Dusted” from Lyla Sage!

It’s also the kickoff day for the 2026 ROC Book Crawl! We will be giving away the exclusive 2026 tote bag to the first 5 book crawlers Saturday, and then one bag a day to the 1st crawler for the rest of the event (8/18-8/22)!
