Sweet Charity Resale Boutique & Shop supports the work of Advent House, a home serving those in the last stages of terminal illness. Begun in 1987, Advent House is an outreach ministry of Perinton (NY) Ecumenical Ministries (PEM) and relies on private donations, memorials, fundraisers, pledges, and profit from Sweet Charity as funding sources. Residents pay no fees and Advent House receives no ins
urance reimbursement. All proceeds benefit this essential ministry. Kids on the move? Furnishing a new apartment or second home? Please think Sweet Charity during life transitions! We can accept your donations of quality used furniture, home furnishings and accessories, help furnish a first apartment or vacation home or help you downsize without the effort of a yard sale. Donations are accepted at our easy drive up location at the west side of the store from 10am-3pm Wed-Sat. Please refer to the ACCEPTABLE DONATIONS LIST in the NOTES SECTION to guide your generosity.
