Fairview Summer Fest ☀️was more than my first vendor event.

It was the first time I took the vision for ✨Karin’s Glam Boutique 💜 out of my home and created a little shop where people could walk in, browse, talk with me, and experience it for themselves.

Hearing people say that my booth looked like a real boutique—and even one called it the most beautiful booth there—meant more to me than they probably realized 🥰

Because that is exactly what I have been building toward.

And now, I may have an opportunity to take another step forward.

Nothing is official yet, and I am carefully learning all the details before making any decisions, but I’m exploring the possibility of creating a permanent boutique space that I could decorate, curate, and make completely my own.

White shelves. Mirrored jewelry displays. A beautiful vanity. Purple details. Fashion, beauty, gifts, and jewelry—all brought together in one special place.

Fairview was the beginning, not the ending.

💜 Some of the most meaningful pieces in Karin’s Glam Boutique have a story behind them…

As I was getting ready for my upcoming vendor event, my mom surprised me with the sweetest care package.

I’ll admit… I was expecting maybe a couple of purses.

Instead, she somehow chose pieces that couldn’t have fit my boutique more perfectly.

If you know me, you know I love purple, sparkle, elegant statement jewelry, and unique treasures—and somehow that’s exactly what she sent. My beautiful purple statement necklace has become one of the centerpieces of my display, and every time I look at it, I’ll think of her.

Along with gorgeous jewelry came beautiful gift items, compact mirrors with uplifting messages, luxurious hand creams, Korean skincare masks, elegant jewelry boxes, and so many thoughtful little touches that fit the boutique perfectly.

You’ll find everything from bold statement necklaces to classic sterling pieces, sparkling white sapphire jewelry, designer treasures, Pandora, Lauren Ralph Lauren, elegant watches, and so many one-of-a-kind finds waiting for the right person to discover them.

Some pieces even brought back childhood memories. Others are family heirlooms that are simply too special for me to part with, so they’ll stay in my personal collection. But so many of these beautiful treasures are now ready to begin a new story with someone else.

As I unpacked everything, I realized this wasn’t just a box of jewelry. It was my mom reminding me that she believes in this dream just as much as I do.

Mom has always had an incredible eye for beauty, and somehow she picked pieces that fit my boutique—and my personality—perfectly. Honestly, she knows me better than anyone. My purple statement necklace may not be everyone’s style, but it is so me, and that’s exactly why I love it. Every time I look at my display, I’ll smile knowing that the centerpiece came from my mom.

She also included beautiful Korean skincare masks, hand creams, compact mirrors with encouraging messages, and so many thoughtful boutique touches that made me feel incredibly loved and supported.

Mom, thank you for believing in me, for encouraging this dream, and for helping make Karin’s Glam Boutique feel even more like home. Your generosity means more than I can put into words.

I can’t wait to share these beautiful finds with everyone at the Fairview vendor event this weekend. I hope each piece finds someone who loves it as much as we have.

💜✨ A Little Sneak Peek from Karin’s Glam Boutique ✨💜

One of my favorite parts of preparing for my very first big vendor event has been creating this jewelry collection. Every piece was carefully chosen with the vision of creating a boutique that feels feminine, elegant, and welcoming. From delicate pressed flower jewelry and timeless bracelets to charming bag charms, floral rings, and everyday pieces, I truly fell in love with this collection the moment I put it together.

But jewelry is only part of what you’ll find at my booth.

I’m also bringing a carefully selected collection of fine jewelry, beautiful handbags, feminine hair accessories, skincare and makeup favorites, trendy beauty products, stylish sunglasses, summer sandals, clothing, and other boutique finds I’ve handpicked with love. Almost every piece is new, with the exception of a few unique finds that deserve a second chance to be loved 🥰

Over the past several weeks, I’ve poured my heart into making everything feel cohesive and beautiful. Every display, every color, every detail has been thoughtfully planned because I wanted this booth to feel like more than a shopping table—I wanted it to feel like stepping into a little boutique.

I’m especially thankful that I’ve been able to build this dream one step at a time, without going into debt. It may have taken longer, but every display, every fixture, and every collection has been added with purpose, and that makes this journey even more meaningful to me.

Tonight I’m spotlighting an item in an area of my Boutique many are surprised I even have. I have a little but diverse vintage/antique collection 🤩

I’m in love with this adorable vintage Sailor Boy cookie jar that has been part of one of my dear friend and clients family’s history for generations and is finally looking for its next forever home.

According to the family, this cookie jar belonged to my client’s mother and has been in their family since she was a very young child. She was born around 1950 and remembered it in their home as early as age three or four, so it has been treasured for decades.

It has such wonderful vintage character and displays beautifully. The interior is clean, and it would make a wonderful addition to a vintage kitchen, nautical collection, cottage décor, or cookie jar collection.

Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description. There is age-appropriate wear consistent with a vintage piece, but it remains a wonderful display item with so much charm.

More than anything, I’d love to see this family heirloom go to someone who truly appreciates vintage treasures and will enjoy it for many years to come.
