This custom-built house SOLD to one of our favorite repeat customers from New Jersey! This is the THIRD house this customer has purchased from us! She has purchased a 5-room Bungalow, a General Store, and now this 11-room Contemporary Home which was custom built and then designed and finished by us!!! We are still working on finishing up the interior doors, flooring, and adding baseboard trim to each room. We will also put finishing touches on the furniture, accessories, rugs, curtains, and lighting before she picks it up!!!

We have some very exciting projects we are working on now!!! We just finished the Rosedawn Mansion and next up is:

1. Abraham Lincoln's Springfield, Illinois home as historically accurate as possible

2. A lighthouse in white and red with black trim

3. An authentic-as-possible craftsman bungalow with craftsman / mission style details and furnishings

4. A contemporary home custom built that is being modeled after my real home but will be for sale in the shop and featured as a show home. May already have a buyer for this one!!!

Stay tuned for photos as we progress on each project!!!
