This Labor Day, we’re celebrating everyone who shows up, gets the job done, and helps bring projects to life. From the jobsite to the warehouse, the delivery truck to the office, we’re grateful for the people who make it all happen.

A few members of the FGP team had the opportunity to spend some time at Farm in the Dell of the Red River Valley this week, taking part in their U-Pick Produce program and enjoying a small berry harvest. 🍓

FGP is proud to support Farm in the Dell and the incredible impact they have on our community. Their mission goes far beyond growing fresh, local produce—they provide meaningful employment, life experiences, and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities, including those living with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, and other lifelong conditions.

At FGP, one of our core values is "Show Our Care," and we strive to put that into action by supporting organizations that make a lasting difference in the communities we serve. Farm in the Dell is a wonderful example of how purpose, inclusion, and hard work can grow something truly special.

And yes... before anyone points it out, we know our photography skills could use a little work. 😅 We somehow managed to perfectly cover the FGP logo on the place card with our basket of freshly picked berries. Turns out we're better at picking berries than staging photos!

What a great day at the Customer Appreciation Vendor Cook-Off hosted by Smith Lumber Company!

We were grateful for the opportunity to participate in this fantastic event and spend time with customers, industry partners, and the Smith Lumber Company team. Events like these are a great reminder of the relationships that make our industry so strong.

A big thank you to Smith Lumber Company for putting together such a fun and successful event. From the friendly competition and delicious food to the great conversations and connections, it was a day well spent.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our BBQ fundraiser for Homeward Animal Shelter! We were blown away by the turnout and so grateful for all the support.

The weather brought plenty of heat and more than a little wind, but that didn't stop everyone from showing up for a great cause. Thank you for helping us support the animals and the incredible work Homeward Animal Shelter does every day. 🐾💙

FGP employees were proud to take part in United Way of Cass-Clay's Day of Action on Wednesday, joining volunteers across the Fargo-Moorhead community to support local nonprofits through hands-on service projects.

Our team volunteered with Churches United, Downtown Fargo BID, and Jasmin Child Care and Preschool — helping organize donations, clean up Downtown Fargo, and support local children through hands-on activities.

Together, volunteers contributed more than 1,200 hours supporting 28 nonprofit organizations across the region.

(Also volunteering during Day of Action were Molly & Jace, who hosted a Track & Field Day at Jasmine Child Care & Preschool!)
