Junk Journals......I have been asked so many times.....what do you do with a junk journal......well....here are a few ideas.

1. Memory Keeping – Add photos, ticket stubs, receipts, postcards, and little notes from special days.

2. Create a Nature Journal – Press flowers and leaves, add botanical illustrations, or write about things you see outdoors.

3.Collage & Collage Art – Layer magazine scraps, vintage papers, fabric, book pages, and ephemera to create unique pages.

4. Write Your Thoughts – Use it as a private space for journaling, gratitude lists, dreams, or things you're thinking about.

5. Make a “Little Things” Collection – Save pretty tags, labels, stamps, packaging, old buttons, ribbon, and other tiny treasures.

6. Experiment With Art – Try painting, stamping, stenciling, doodling, ink, distressing, or mixed-media techniques without worrying about perfection.

7. Tell a Story – Pick a theme—an old house, a childhood memory, a favorite person, or a fictional character—and build a story through pictures and ephemera.

8. Make Secret Pockets & Envelopes – Create hidden spaces for letters, notes, photographs, recipes, or other treasures.

9. Create a Vintage Shopping Journal – Keep track of antique finds, flea-market treasures, prices, booth ideas, and pieces you'd like to find.

10. Make It a Gift – Create a themed junk journal for a friend or family member. Fill it with memories, encouraging notes, photos, and little surprises.
