At the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, a single white rose is placed in honor of each victim on their birthday — a quiet reminder that every name represents a life.
Those roses are donated by Mikey “Flowers” Collarone of Floratech, a florist, former EMT, and 9/11 first responder.
As people who work with flowers every day, this tradition is a powerful reminder that flowers can bring comfort, honor a life, and say what words sometimes cannot:
