I got this cool industrial lamp while out picking up landscaping rock 😂🤣😂… This is why I always make small talk while doing just about anything in this life!..Ya never know what it will lead to. The building was packed, and the guy was 92 years old. I didn’t have any cash on me, but his daughter took Cash App and then paid the man! Super nice folks, and I’ll be back to do some more digging…EARLY BIRD STYLE… WITH DINERO NEXT TIME $$ 🦅😂😂😂

Beautiful brass shade that swivels 360 degrees, a gooseneck arm to adjust the light however you desire, and a heavy cast iron base to keep it anchored while doing tasks..I gave this one a light cleaning, removing the rust stains while keeping as much original patina as possible. I think it turned out 🔥💯..It has been rewired with a black cloth cord and vintage-style plug. Finished off with some of the last NOS green felt I had left 💚‼️

The graphics on these old tins get me every time 😍🔥..This RUBON Cleaner & Polish can survived nearly a century and still looks fantastic. Bright colors, great advertising artwork, and plenty of character… exactly the kind of stuff I can’t leave behind. Another winner from the 92 year old man’s early bird Yardsale ‼️💯🇺🇸

LAMP IS GREAT!! Beautiful patina from shade to base.. giving this one a light light clean.. rewire with cloth cord and vintage style plug.. fresh felt bottom on base. GOTTA KEEP ITS LOOK OG AS POSSIBLE 😍😍😍😍

WHAT WHERE THEY USED FOR??
WHAT WOULD YOU USE THEM FOR??

I found these a top a loft area of IOOF Lodge 172 in Fredericktown, Missouri.. Four matching folding picket fence like sections, complete with their original paint, hand-cut joinery, old hinges, hook latches, and decades of history!

I didn’t know exactly what they were used for. Stage productions? Lodge ceremonies? A portable corral for community events?

What I do know is somebody spent a lot of time building these right! Every notch, every countersunk screw, every hinge…They fold flat for storage and are still very sturdy all these years later.
