The Thrifty Beaver: Swap Shop and Food Pantry UMF's student, faculty, and staff resource center for free clothing and food for anyone in need. Come visit us in the Computer Center!

Brought to you by the Sustainable Campus Coalition at The University of Maine at Farmington, the Thrifty Beaver is a resource for all students, faculty, and staff. Though there is no monetary cost for any object, we ask that if you take something, you give something! We want this to be a place where everyone has access to things they may need. We have a variety of clothes, food, books, household goods, and a bunch of other nick-nacks.

Hey folks! I hope you’ve all had a great semester and aren’t too stressed about finals.
A note on upcoming Thrifty Beaver hours: during finals week, the Thrifty will be open one day on Wednesday, December 15, from 12 noon to 4 pm. It will be closed during winter break, and will reopen the week of January 24th.
I hope you all have a good break and happy holidays if you celebrate!

Hey everyone!
We had a great Grand Opening yesterday and we loved getting to be opened back up for business. We will be open again today from 4-7 (with some leftover cookies from yesterday!). We hope to see you there!
