Crew Shoutout! 🔥

Yesterday the guys wrapped up another incredible patio transformation in beautiful Elko, Minnesota!

Despite the intense Minnesota heat and smoky conditions, they powered through the day without cutting corners and delivered another floor we’re proud to put our name on. 💪

This patio received our premium polyurea basecoat, a beautiful Peppercorn flake chosen by the homeowner, and was sealed with our UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat for a durable, long-lasting finish that’s built to handle Minnesota’s seasons.

One of those floors that definitely tests your patience! 😅

We started with our PCD diamonds to remove this thick overlay that had seen better days. Once we had about 90% of it removed, we switched over to our triple yellow diamonds to smooth everything out and properly prep the surface before our kick-ass coating system goes down! 👊

After the initial grinding, we uncovered a decent amount of pitting and cracking that needed attention. We repaired all the damaged areas, then went back and ground the floor again to ensure everything was smooth, sound, and ready for coating.

Prep is where the magic happens. A great floor starts long before the coating is applied, and we don’t cut corners when it comes to doing it right.

🔥 WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 🔥

This project in Apple Valley started with an old epoxy pebble rock system that was beginning to fail, fade, and show its age.

Our crew came in, removed the failing coating, properly prepared the concrete with professional diamond grinding, and installed our full coating system. The flake color of choice was Basalt, and it turned out absolutely incredible! 👊

The difference speaks for itself. Proper preparation and premium materials are what separate a coating that lasts from one that fails.
