We know some orders are taking longer than expected. Some of our incoming shipments have been taking WAY longer to get to us than usual, and we are doing everything we can to catch up. As soon as items come through our door, we are getting them printed, packed and back out the door as quickly as humanly possible. We appreciate your patience more than you know. 🤍
We’re also working behind the scenes to get SO MANY new Collabs + Fundraisers built and launched. If you’ve reached out and we haven’t gotten back to you yet — we will! Building an entire custom collection takes time, and we want each one to actually be GOOD, not something we throw together just to get it up.
So right now we’re juggling existing orders, incoming shipments, building Collabs, designing new regular Salt + Shore + spirit wear, answering messages, running two businesses, being parents, doing all the normal everyday-life things…
Oh, and we got a puppy. 😂🐶 Because apparently we thought we had too much free time.
We’re a small family-run business, not a giant warehouse with 100 employees behind the scenes. We’re working our butts off, we appreciate every single order, Collab request, share and ounce of patience — and we promise we’re moving as fast as we can. 🤍🌊
