Mark the hole location with a brad-point bit. Run the drill bit backward to start the hole cleanly, then forward with some tape on the bit for a depth-stop guide. Get them teeny tiny screws in place, repeat x3.

When in doubt, pull out the dremel. The bushings were a bit too big for the holes in this headstock.

Two beautiful hollow bodies came in this week. An Ibanez JSM100 John Scofield signature, and a Gretsch G6136T-Vintage Select 59 Falcon. Set ups for both. The Gretsch is brand new and the owner hasn’t even played it yet.
