Chelsea Buchanan-Smartt is the winner of the last trivia question. Please pick up your Conqueror on or before July 4th at noon.

I want to say thanks to all of you who played along with us this year. We are planning more fun things to do next year so stay tuned!

The RAFFLE is still going on and the winner will be drawn tomorrow at noon! Please stop by our tent at 2761 Huntsville Hwy to get an entry with no purchase necessary, 1 per person and must be 16 or older. Then, with every $25 spent, you get another entry. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY, MIGHT AS WELL GET A CHANCE AT A $177 PACK WHILE DOING IT AND GET SOME FANTASTIC PRICES ON WHAT YOU BUY!

Our prices are clearly marked BOTH on the table in front of each item and ON the item itself so no bait and switch on pricing.

I also understand that it's hot outside and you're tempted to shop inside where it is cool inside. Keep all these tent operators in mind though because they have been outside in this heat 24/7 and NEED your support. We hired local teacher, Titus Wright to manage this location for us. Keep in mind that many of the tents in this area are from out of state. They come into Tennessee and set up over 100 tents. Their prices are higher because the freight it costs them to truck the fireworks in. Plus, many hire out of state people to come in and work them. That means the money leaves with them and goes back to their state instead of staying locally and helping YOUR AREA.

I can't stress enough to price shop. So many of these tents are from out of state and come in to flood Tennessee with 100's of locations. Many also bring people in from other states to run them. So, once the tent is closed down, the money leaves your area.

Think about that for a second. When you buy local, that money stays and supports your area.

One example is Southern Boom out of Kentucky. They have 65 tents that I saw on their page in Kentucky alone and then another 74 locations in Tennessee.

When the weather is hot or the economy is tough, people not buying hurts us worse than the big guys.
