Hey ! This is Drew. I have some exciting news......
I'm back! I want to thank James for all he did when he was running the store and appreciate him continuing to make the hobby available to everyone in Fayetteville. That being said, here are a few new updates for the store going forward!
1. When I first created this business a few years ago, I was soley focused on Sports Cards and neglected the TCG community thus "Sportsville Cards & Collectibles". I am officially changing the FB page to "Sportsville Cards & TCG" since we will carry both Sports Cards, Pokemon, One Piece and other TCG.
2. We will go back to buying, trading and selling Sports Cards. We have an account with Fanatics and with Topps now having the license for MLB, NFL and NBA we have access to both retail and hobby product for our customers.
3. We will have new hours posted soon but my plan is to be open Fridays and Saturdays for instore buying, trading and selling and to have multiple streaming shows on whatnot during the week for sports and tcg singles as well as breaks for all product. Local customers will be able to pick up at store vs. shipping if they so choose.
4. I love the hobby and the whole reason I created this business was to spend time doing something I loved growing up with my kids and giving Fayetteville and the surrounding area a local card ship to enjoy with their friends and family. My goal is for this to be fun not for it to be a lucrative business that consumes my life. This was an issue my first go around with the biggest complaints being hours and buying/selling in store. I get it and understand how that could be frustrating for customers and that's why I'm saying up front this is a hobby for me as well. We will not be open 7 days a week, you may not get an instant response, and we don't buy everything that you bring into the store. I'm here to have fun and enjoy the hobby with friends and family. I'm just like you.
5. I will post more updates as we outfit the store and get ready for reopening. Appreciate those that have always supported and I'm excited to hop back in and see everyone again.
6. If you want to sell something DM the FB page and I'll get back with you. I am looking for people who are interested in streaming on whatnot. Sports guys/girls would need to know the sport and players and same with TCG. Message me if interested. We are family establishment so shows are family friendly with no bad language. If there's anyone looking for some part time weekend work let me know. Again thank you all for the love and support and I'll see you all soon!
