Twinkling city lights fade beneath an encroaching darkness as the Pokémon TCG's newest expansion, Mega Evolution: Pitch Black, arrives at Gear Gaming. Be among the first Trainers to experience the set before its official release at our Pitch Black Prerelease event.

A mysterious force emerges from the darkness as Mega Darkrai ex takes center stage, bringing nightmares to life and plunging the battlefield into shadow. But hope is not lost—Mega Zeraora ex answers with crackling lightning, joined by powerful Mega Evolution Pokémon ready to fight back against the darkness. Which side will you command?

For just $30, each player will receive a Pitch Black Build & Battle Box and participate in a fun, welcoming prerelease tournament. Build a 40-card deck from your kit, discover the newest cards before release day, and test your skills against fellow Trainers as the story of Pitch Black unfolds.

Whether you're a veteran competitor, a collector chasing your next favorite card, or a new Trainer looking for your first event, Prereleases are one of the best ways to experience a new Pokémon TCG expansion.

Your Entry Includes:
• One Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution – Pitch Black Build & Battle Box
• Participation in the Prerelease tournament
• Three additional booster packs awarded at the conclusion of the event to players who participate through the final round

No prior tournament experience is required. Energy cards will be provided, and a deck-building period will take place before the first round begins.
