Custom sets for Just Artisans & Co.
Just a little collaboration, however there’s nothing little about it, and today I did not relax and loose myself in the joys of pottery🫠🫠🫠, I sent 10,000 confirmation texts for designs and learned that I shouldn’t just take notes for custom orders but maybe one step further and make a video talking to myself, telling (ME) what I’m supposed to do..🫠
The brain fog was hitting hard ….

Keeping it Custom 🇺🇸❤️

Remember the creek clay we got at Mountain Creek Campground, we bisque fired that piece and it looks really nice❤️, now that I know it’ll fire up really well I can make a few mugs with it.🥰🥰

I didn’t wash the clay out or even run it through a sieve . Just straight from the creek bank, ❤️

How cool is that..

Keeping it original ❤️🇺🇸

The red bins are in full use, which means we are loading the kiln for a bisque firing. For the first time in a long time this entire kiln load is almost all custom orders. Only 3-4 will be for our store 🫠
That’s a lot of orders and I appreciate it very much.
Thanks to Fawn Grove Community Committee for the pre-sale of Fawn Grove Crocks and America 250 Crocks, thank you to Just Artisans & Co. for ordering custom pieces for their new home decor store. Thank you to the repeat customers for continuing to add to their Pottery collections for their homes. I will have a lot of work ahead of me next week glazing all these pieces.
A few pieces of my own that I am excited about, the small pot I made with the creek Clay from Mountain Creek Campground , the necklace pendants and I finally made some coasters
Also the a covered baking dish, and a pie dish.

Keep it local friends and if you’re thinking about Christmas, I know I don’t wanna think about it either but when it takes six weeks to make a project if you’re thinking you might want a project for Christmas give me a call sooner than later 😉.

I made pendant necklaces in the beginning back in 2012-13 then didn’t get back to it. Yesterday I had an idea and a vision of really amazing statement necklaces. While I was putting those together I thought what about hair accessories so I cut one of those. There’s a lot of steps to go. But maybe sometime later this fall when you’re in my store you’ll be able to shop necklaces, earrings, bracelet cuffs and hair accessories. All made by hand ❤️.
So when someone asks about your jewelry you can say it’s Chanel or Channell however you’d like to pronounce it. 🤩😜😉

Always Local 🇺🇸❤️
