Labor Day doesn’t mean the fun has to stop! We will be at Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market every Tuesday from now until October 27th from 10-2. The market is still at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center and parking is FREE in permit areas north of the avenue during market hours.

Dahlias grown from seed are a funny phenomenon. They typically have a blown open center or single petals but the bees and pollinators love them, so they’re fun to grow for home gardeners. They produce very few usable stems for flower farmers. Every once in a while, you get one that stops you in your tracks. This dahlia, grown from seed and replanted this season by tuber is it for us. Shes upright, sturdy and stunning. Definitely a keeper. What would you name this variety?
