Fern Valley Soaps is the creator of unique handmade goat milk soaps; We're known for our exfoliating scrubs, including Humboldt Hands. Our soap-making facility is on our farm in Ferndale California, where our family has lived for five generations. The soap-making business is owned and operated by a mother-daughter team from a hardworking dairy background. We take pride in living and working with t

he land, and it’s reflected in our products and service to our customers. Our handmade soaps have locally produced farm-fresh goat’s milk as a base. We use coconut, almond, olive, and palm kernel (sustainably harvested) oils, with shea butter. Fern Valley Soaps are moisturizing and good for your skin. Our soaps are made in small artisan batches, then cut and wrapped by hand. Our product assortment ranges from an aggressive hand cleaner Humboldt Hands, to a gentle soap for eczema, Gentle Cleanse. We even have a shampoo bar for the family dog. The team at Fern Valley Soaps works hard to provide quality products our customers can count on. We’re often asked how we got started making soap. It all started one day in 2010 when Stacey made her first batch of soap, just to see if she could do it. Through trial and error, her crafting grew to a hobby. With hard work and perseverance, we developed the business from a handful of local stores to selling across the country.

We soon realized the bar was not the shower bar I intended, but a great soap for his dirty working hands. My husband started using it to get off tractor grease and everyday barn muck. We gave it to friends who immediately asked for more. We soon learned I created an outstanding industrial strength hand soap with dozens of uses.” Stacey Leaton
