Yin and yang remind us that life needs both.

There are seasons for movement and seasons for stillness. Times we need to be strong and times we need to soften, times to take action and times to surrender.

Neither is inherently better than the other.
And neither was meant to exist at the extreme.

Too much yang can leave us depleted, disconnected, and constantly chasing the next thing.

Too much yin can leave us stagnant, withdrawn, and afraid to move forward.

We need the contrast.
We need the ebb and flow.
We need to know when to push and when to pause. When to hold and when to release.
When to grow and when to rest.

You don’t have to live in one mode to be whole. You need both the yin and the yang.
